Program Updates


Please Note:

As of January 2002 we no longer support or archive older obsolete versions of the AIR program.

As of January 2005 we will no longer supply programs or updates for Windows 95. If you are a Windows 95 user do NOT update your program!

NEW: The new versions (2002.01.06 and above) of the program checks for updates via the internet. If you are connected to the internet the program will ask you if you want to update.

We no longer post updates on this page. Please contact us if you need to update, and your version is older than 2002.01.06. The current version is now 2002.02.08 dated July 2010.


Updating Information

For archiving purposes we left the following information.
 

Check your program version before installing updates. In the A.I.R program click on "Window" and then click on "About" in the file menu bar.

The newest upgrade is free to users of the A.I.R. program that the version number starts with 2002 only.  If your version number starts with 2001 or less you need to purchase a program upgrade, Click Here for more information.

If you are unable to download the updates and would like a update CD mailed to you, please write to us, request a UPDATE CD include the version number you are currently using. Send a check for $15.00 USD (to cover expenses) to the address found under "Contact Us".

 

Warning: Do not attempt to upgrade a single-user version with a multi-user version, you will corrupt your data and the program will not work.


Instructions:

  1. Click on the appropriate link above to start the download.

  2. Select "Save" the file to your desktop.

  3. Before you attempt to install the new version make sure you have exited all AIR and other programs. It is also a help to reboot your computer before continuing to the next step, although it is not required.

  4. BACKUP YOUR DATA before continuing with the next step!

  5. When the download is complete double click on the file name you downloaded on your desktop, this will start the installation process.

  6. Follow the on screen instructions. If you originally installed the program in a different directory than the default you will need to change the destination directory, otherwise use the default settings.

You will need to make no other changes, when the installation program is complete you should re-boot your computer and start the program as you normally would.
