Help with Program Registration


The most requested help is for the Registering of the program. It is not as complicated as it seems. This is a step-by-step procedure. The process should only take a minute or two to complete.

Detailed step-by-step instructions:
 

To get your registration and serial numbers (highly suggested):

  1. Proceed to our order page and purchase the appropriate license, you will receive an email receipt.
  2. Start the A.I.R. program, click on the "Maintenance Menu" button.
  3. On the "Company Information" tab, fill out the company information as you want it to appear. Check it for errors, once the program is registered it can not be changed. Do NOT click on [Save Updates].
  4. Click on the "Register" button, (do not enter anything in the Registration or serial number fields). This action will write a file to your desktop called "Company Information".
  5. If you use Outlook or Outlook Express just click on the email link in step 6. If not, open your email program, find the receipt sent to you showing the purchase of the license. Click on the "Forward" button in your email program.
  6. In the "To:" or "Address:" line
    enter: .
  7. In the "Subject:" line, enter: registration or leave it blank.
  8. Click the "Attach" button, this should open a window so you can locate the "Company Information" file. Browse or select your "Desktop" then select the "Company Information" file, then click "Open" or "Attach". The window should close and the file should be attached to the email.
  9. Send the email to us.

Within 24 to 48 business hours you will receive your registration and serial numbers for the program. Follow the instructions that come with the email. You can find the instructions below as well.

 

Automatically Registering of the program:

Once you receive the registration email from us (not the purchase receipt), save the attached registration file to your desktop.

  1. Start the AIR program.
  2. At startup, enter the password "admin" or "demo" without the quotes. (If you have not previously changed the password).
  3. Once in the program, click on the "Maintenance Menu" button.
  4. On the "Company Screen", click the "Register" button.
  5. You should get a confirmation that the program is registered. Once you receive confirmation that the program has been registered, exit and restart the program (to set the registration). You may begin using the program.

 

Manually Registering of the program:

The registration and serial numbers are in the registration email you received from us. (The attached file may be disregarded if you register the program manually.)

  1. Enter the registration and serial codes EXACTLY as they were sent to you. Hint: Use copy and paste methods to eliminate errors.
  2. Enter the Company Information EXACTLY as you received it back from us with the  registration and serial codes (if it was not saved). Leave any lines empty that as supposed to be empty. You can NOT change any of this information.
  3. When all the above information has been entered, click on the "Register" button next to where you entered the registration and serial codes. NOTE: All information, both the registration and serial codes as well as the company information MUST be entered before clicking the "Register" button.
  4. Click the "Update" button at the bottom of the window.
  5. You should get a confirmation that the program is registered. Once you receive confirmation that the program has been registered, exit and restart the program (to set the registration). You may begin using the program.

 

To set the registration and register the working program:

It may be necessary to exit and restart the program to set the registration and serial numbers. You do NOT have to restart the computer, just the AIR program.
