- Fee Based Support:
For Pay-Per Incident support, customers may call 508-430-0139 ext *12 (star one two). This support is Fee based, each incident will incur a $35.00 fee. You will need a MC, VISA, AMEX or DISCOVER card ready when you call for this service.
Please Note: There is no fee for support with program installation problems or program registration issues. (Excluding network related issues.)
