We support our product mainly by email or preferably by our support ticket system (free support).

Customers may call 508-430-0139 ext *12 (star one two) for FEE based support.
[This is Fee based, each incident will incur a $35.00 fee regardless whether the issue is resolved or not. You will need a MC, VISA, AMEX  or DISCOVER card for this service.]

Remember we do not supply technical support for network systems, you should contact your network administrator for help regarding L.A.N. issues.
