To order a license for the AIR program you must have ready your company/business name and address as it will appear in the AIR program. The registration number that you will receive is processed using that information and cannot be changed without re-ordering and re-registering the program.

After you purchase your software license;
 

1. Use the preferred method below and email the "Company Info" to us.

2. If you selected us to contact you with your registration numbers you will be contacted within 48 hours (during the normal workweek and business hours M-F).

Once you receive your receipt, you should then proceed to the "Maintenance Menu" in the A.I.R. program and fill in the company information then:
 

1. Click on the "Register" button. This will write a file to your desktop called "Company Info".

2. Then go to your email program and select the email receipt for the A.I.R license and select "forward" email and attach the file "Company Info" to the email.

3. The last step is to email the information to us, you will receive back your registration and serial number codes for your program. It may take twelve to twenty four hours for you to receive your program codes.
